VSP Reconstruction
VSP Reconstruction is a digital planning solution for your maxillofacial surgical needs. Common VSP
Reconstruction applications include planning for maxilla/mandible reconstruction using the fibula
free-flap, facial trauma and distraction osteogenesis.

Hybrid MMF
Our SMARTLock Hybrid MMF system is a revolutionary patented product designed to combine the strength and
rigidity of arch bars with the safety and efficiency of MMF screws. Available in two sizes, each with
nine potential points of fixation along the plate, posterior fixation and vector control are enhanced
when compared to traditional MMF screws. The self-drilling, locking technology of the screws allows for
purchase into both the bone and the plate for additional stability. This plate and screw combination
omits the need for interdental wiring that is required with arch bars, and thereby reduces the chance of
wire stick injuries for health care providers. Two spacer options are also available to reduce the risk
of pressure necrosis of the gingiva.

MEDPOR Titan 3D
We designed our exclusive MEDPOR TITAN 3D orbital floor implant to enhance the effectiveness and
efficiency of orbital reconstruction. CT-scan data was used to design the titanium implants to
approximate the anatomy of the orbital floor and medial wall. We then cover the implant with our proved
MEDPOR biomaterial to minimize sharp edges, even if the plate requires modification. The superior,
non-porous barrier of the implants helps prevent tissue ingrowth along the aspect of the globe.

DirectInject is the first and only on-demand HA cement, redefining ease-of-use. This no manual mixing,
no preparation, self-setting calcium phosphate cement is intended to repair neurosurgical burr holes,
contiguous craniotomy cuts and other cranial defects not intrinsic to the stability of the bony
structure. It is also intended for augmentation or restoration of bony contour in the craniofacial
skeleton to include the cranial and zygomatic bones. The product maintains consistent viscosity with
